Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors ( Board ) of Company, through Circular Resolution passed today, have approved the appointment of Mr. Ashish Goel as the Senior Management Personnel, designated as Chief Human Resources Officer ( CHRO ), of the Company with effect from February 13, 2026.Consequent to the change in the reporting structure pursuant to the above said appointment, Mr. Praveen Prakash, AVP (HR) of the Company will cease to be the Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from February 13, 2026.
