Narbada Gems and Jewellery Limited has moved closer to completing its merger with Uday Jewellery Industries Limited. The company's board has acknowledged the NCLT's sanction of the amalgamation scheme, with the certified order now received. The scheme becomes effective upon filing this order with the Registrar of Companies. Importantly for investors, the board has fixed Friday, 27th February, 2026, as the Record Date. This date will determine Narbada Gems' shareholders eligible to receive equity shares of Uday Jewellery Industries as part of the merger.
