MMTC's board has approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended Dec 31, 2025. Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹46.27 Cr and ₹261.34 Cr for the nine months. The company also received ₹411.76 Cr from the NINL divestment escrow.
