Remsons Industries posted strong Q3FY26 financials, with revenue up 20% YoY to Rs 123.1 Cr and Net PAT surging 29% YoY to Rs 5.1 Cr. For 9MFY26, revenue grew 25% YoY to Rs 338.3 Cr, and Net PAT increased 31% YoY to Rs 12.8 Cr. Passenger cars and 2/3 wheelers were key growth drivers, with exports contributing a significant 33%.
The company is strategically diversifying into high-growth segments like Railways and Electric Mobility, expanding its EV-agnostic product portfolio, and moving up the value chain through JVs and acquisitions. Recent wins include a landmark Rs 300 Cr, 7-year order from Stellantis N.V. and a Rs 60 Cr CV Shifter order. Remsons also expanded with a new Pune locomotive plant and acquired Astro Motors (EV 3-wheelers) and BEE Lighting (automotive lighting).
Management is confident in achieving Rs 900-1,000 Cr revenue by FY29, supported by a planned Rs 100 Cr capex, strong core business, and a focus on value-added products. They anticipate 13-14% EBITDA margins, reinforcing a resilient and scalable growth trajectory.
