This interstate relocation has received approval from the Regional Director, and the company has successfully completed the required filings with the Registrar of Companies. Following these approvals, the Board of Directors has formally decided to shift the registered office address from its existing location in Delhi to a new address situated in Fort, Mumbai. This move streamlines the company's official base of operations to Maharashtra.
