Mukka Proteins has acquired the remaining 2% stake in its subsidiary, Haris Marine Products Private Limited (HMPPL), for ₹0.1964 Cr. This move makes HMPPL a wholly-owned subsidiary.

HMPPL is a manufacturer and exporter of fish meal and fish oil, aligning with Mukka Proteins' core business. This strategic investment aims to further expand the company's operations. HMPPL reported a PAT of ₹2.24 Cr for FY25 and turnover of ₹50.95 Cr in FY23, noting zero turnover in FY24 & FY25. The acquisition grants Mukka Proteins full control, streamlining strategic execution in its core segment.
