Rajesh Power Services Ltd — Important, 12-02-2026: Company Update

Rajesh Power Services has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with M/s VITS Total Power Solutions Private Limited, forming 'RPSL -VITS JV'. This new entity will undertake the Design, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of a 132kV Transmission Line and associated Line Bays for a Railway Project under East Central Railway. Rajesh Power Services Limited will hold a 51% stake in the Joint Venture, acting as the lead member. This collaboration expands the company's project portfolio, securing a key infrastructure contract and strengthening its presence in the power transmission sector for railway projects.
