NITCO's board has approved Q3 & 9-month consolidated financial results for Dec 31, 2025, with 9M profit at ₹36.43 Cr. The board also re-appointed Mr. Vivek Talwar as Executive Chairman & MD for three years and approved providing up to ₹100 Cr in loans/guarantees to group entities, pending shareholder approval.
