The Company's board has approved significant leadership changes. Ms. Prity Bishwakarma has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years. Mr. Ketankumar Shivabhai Gosai is now the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for five years. Mr. Deepak Sundarji Saushi joins as a Non-Executive Director. These appointments follow the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's suggestion and are subject to shareholder approvals. Simultaneously, Mr. Parshottambhai Rupareliya resigned as Non-Executive Director and Chairperson, and Mr. Kurjibhai Rupareliya resigned as Managing Director due to age and health.
