Vedant Fashions Limited — PPTs, 12-02-2026: Investor Presentation
Vedant Fashions (Manyavar) recorded a 5.4% YoY increase in its 9M FY26 retail sales to ₹1447 Cr, with same-store-sales growth (SSSG) at 1.8%. Revenue from operations for the nine months rose 1.7% to ₹1036.1 Cr, though profit after tax (PAT) dipped 9.1% to ₹261.2 Cr.
Q3 FY26 performance saw a decline, with retail sales dropping 2.4% to ₹691.9 Cr and revenue falling 3.8% to ₹491.7 Cr. PAT was also down 14.6% to ₹134.9 Cr. This was primarily attributed to fewer wedding dates in December and January, coupled with cautious consumer sentiment, despite positive sales in October and November.
The company's strategy focuses on expanding its brand portfolio (Manyavar, Mohey, Twamev) through up-selling and cross-selling, alongside retail expansion in India and globally. Key initiatives include the launch of "The Manyavar Shaadi Show" on YouTube and adding a 9k sq. ft. Twamev flagship store in Mumbai. Vedant Fashions continues to maintain strong gross margins around 65.7-65.9%.
