Thomas Cook (India) delivered solid Q3/9M FY26 consolidated results. Q3 total income grew 5% to 2,186.6 Cr. PBT jumped 20% to 89.7 Cr (excluding a one-time labor code charge), driven by improved efficiencies. Forex EBIT rose 10% with 41.5% margins. Sterling Holidays hit record Q3 revenue (156.8 Cr, up 10%), EBITDA (56.1 Cr, up 7%), and PBT (42.6 Cr, up 11%), remaining debt-free with 324.3 Cr cash. DEI saw Q3 revenue up 5%, EBITDA up 38%. Management is confident of double-digit FY27 earnings growth, focusing on customer experience and digital. Rationalized TCS (now 2%) and a shift to the new tax regime are positive catalysts. Net cash stood at 780 Cr (Dec '25).
