Indo Thai Securities' Board reviewed its preferential issue fund utilization report for Q3FY26. Of the Rs. 118.20 Cr raised, Rs. 94.85 Cr has been used as per stated objectives for augmenting margins and general corporate purposes. The monitoring agency confirmed no deviation from plans. Remaining Rs. 5.26 Cr is mostly in liquid mutual funds.
