Singer India Ltd — Important, 12-02-2026: Company Update

Singer India announced a key leadership transition. Mr. Subhash Chand Nagpal will retire as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel on March 31, 2026. Following this, Mr. Anuj Kumar Vasdev, currently CFO-Designate, will take over as the new CFO and KMP, effective April 1, 2026.
