    India Ratings & Research upgraded Shriram Pistons & Rings' long-term ratings to IND AA+/Stable from IND AA for its Issuer, bank loan facilities (INR 573.86 Cr), and proposed NCDs (INR 1,000 Cr). The short-term rating of IND A1+ for bank loans and Commercial Paper (INR 1,000 Cr) was affirmed. This upgrade follows the resolution of a Rating Watch with Positive Implications.
