    Biocon reported Q3 results with consolidated revenue at ₹4,173 Cr. A net loss of ₹51.8 Cr occurred due to one-off expenses. The Board also granted in-principle approval to acquire the remaining ~2% of Biocon Biologics via preferential share allotment, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
