AVI Products India's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. For the quarter, the company reported a total income of ₹0.39 Cr and a net loss of ₹0.44 Cr. For the nine-month period, total income stood at ₹1.23 Cr with a net loss of ₹1.38 Cr. The Board accepted the resignation of Mrs. Shanu Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and appointed Miss. Shreyana Satyashodhak Koyande to the role. M/s. N K Jalan & Co were re-appointed as Statutory Auditors for another five-year term. The Extra-Ordinary General Meeting has been rescheduled to March 17, 2026.
