Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms' board has approved acquiring 38,673 equity shares in Advantek Air Systems Private Limited for 2.55 Cr cash. This move is aligned with the company's core business and aims to expand operations. Advantek reported a turnover of 25.65 Cr and PAT of 0.81 Cr for FY25. The board also approved a preferential issue of 1,24,440 equity shares at Rs. 320 each to Mr. Raveendra Shetty, raising 3.98 Cr. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting will be convened to seek shareholder approval for these proposals.
