Balgopal Commercial's board approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, reporting a standalone profit of 5.87 Cr and consolidated profit of 7.53 Cr for the quarter. The company appointed M/s R | P S & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY2025-26. Mrs. Shrena Kalpesh Shah resigned as an Independent Director and Chairperson due to professional commitments. Subsequently, Mrs. Rashmi Bihani was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Vijay Laltaprasad Yadav, the Managing Director, was named the new Chairperson. The board also reconstituted its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees.
