Spicejet Ltd — Important, 12-02-2026: Company Update

SpiceJet has released its investor presentation for the financial results for the quarter. The company reported 1,517 Cr in total income, with operational income at 1,385 Cr. Despite achieving an 89.5% passenger load factor and a significant 77% quarter-on-quarter increase to 1.99 million passengers, SpiceJet posted a net loss of 268 Cr. The adjusted operational loss, however, improved to 49 Cr from 297 Cr sequentially. While passenger and ancillary revenues showed strong growth, profitability was impacted by a sharp rise in wet lease expenses to 224 Cr, alongside foreign exchange losses and other exceptional items.
