    EID Parry India Limited — Board Meeting, 12-02-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

    E.I.D. - Parry's board approved Q3 & 9M FY26 consolidated results. Q3 revenue reached ₹10,316 Cr, with PAT at ₹232 Cr. For 9M, revenue was ₹30,664 Cr, PAT ₹902 Cr. The board also approved selling 0.51% of Coromandel Int. shares and noted CIL's ₹9/share interim dividend.
