    Aditya Infotech approved Q3 & 9M FY26 consolidated results: Revenue ₹1,139.1 Cr (Q3), PAT ₹96.0 Cr (Q3). Also, a ₹75 Cr greenfield project for 30M CCTV components/yr and ₹50 Cr capacity augmentation for 6M CCTV products/yr in Kadapa.

    **Collaboration Summary:**

    Aditya Infotech formed a 50:50 JV via MoU with Orient Cables (India) to manufacture electric, LAN, and CCTV cables and connectors. This aims for backward integration, assured supply, and improved cost efficiencies for AIL.
