    Univastu's board approved Q3 consolidated revenue of ₹56.16 Cr & PAT of ₹6.03 Cr. Nine-month revenue hit ₹133.90 Cr, PAT ₹15.05 Cr. Authorized capital increased to ₹50 Cr. Also announced a 2:1 bonus share issue. Updates on Opal acquisition and Setubandhan resolution plan were noted.
