SpiceJet released monitoring reports for funds raised from past preferential issues and a QIP. From the first preferential issue (Rs. 494.09 Cr), Rs. 12.16 Cr was used for general corporate needs, with Rs. 10.64 Cr still unspent and utilization behind schedule. A major setback occurred with the second preferential issue, where Rs. 381.81 Cr from warrants was forfeited due to non-conversion, impacting its planned use. For the QIP (Rs. 3,000 Cr), Rs. 25 Cr was reallocated to general corporate purposes, with Rs. 36.81 Cr spent on operations. Crucially, Rs. 60.19 Cr of QIP funds are pledged, limiting their free deployment. The company's underlying operating profits remain negative.
