EID Parry India Limited — Important, 12-02-2026: Disclosure of material issue

E.I.D. - Parry (India) Limited (EID Parry) has announced that its Board has approved the sale of up to 15 lakh equity shares in Coromandel International Limited (CIL).

This strategic move will slightly reduce EID Parry's stake in CIL from 56.09% by approximately 0.51% of CIL's total paid-up capital. CIL is a key asset for EID Parry, contributing 76.19% to its consolidated revenue and 86.78% to its consolidated net worth in FY25. The sale, to be executed in the open market at an appropriate time, will provide cash inflow to EID Parry.
