CMS Info Systems reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹618 Cr (+2% QoQ) & Business EBITDA of ₹158 Cr (+9% QoQ). The board declared an interim dividend of ₹2.75/share. They also secured a major SBI contract worth ₹1,000 Cr over 10 years.
