Rupa & Company delivered a steady Q3 FY26, with revenue at ₹313.5 Cr (-0.9% YoY) and net profit at ₹16.2 Cr (-31.9% YoY). For the nine months, revenue was ₹817.6 Cr (-0.8% YoY) and net profit ₹36.2 Cr (-31.3% YoY). Volume grew 3.0% in Q3, driven by a favorable product mix and strength in the Mid-Premium portfolio, despite a 3.8% adverse pricing impact. Exports showed healthy traction, up 28% YoY, contributing 4% to revenues. Modern trade and e-commerce contributed 6%.

The company's strategy focuses on enhancing its mid-premium portfolio, expanding high-growth categories like Athleisure, and optimizing channel mix. Key initiatives include strengthening brands like Macroman and Softline, doubling modern trade store count, launching D2C business, and expanding exports to new markets such as the Middle East, Bangladesh, Africa, and Russia.

Management emphasized disciplined cost management and improved operational efficiencies to protect profitability amidst pricing pressures. The company reported a strengthened net cash surplus of ₹41 Cr as of December 2025, positioning the business for sustainable growth.
