Singer India Ltd — Important, 12-02-2026: Company Update

Singer India has announced a significant change in its leadership. Mr. Subhash Chand Nagpal will retire from his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective March 31, 2026. The Board acknowledged his valuable contributions. Following this, Mr. Anuj Kumar Vasdev, currently serving as CFO-Designate, has been appointed as the new CFO and KMP, effective April 1, 2026. Mr. Vasdev brings over 26 years of extensive strategic finance leadership experience from various prominent organizations, which is expected to bolster the company's financial strategy and business performance.
