Jamna Auto Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 13-02-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Jamna Auto's board approved Q3 & nine-month financial results. They are investing ~0.82 Cr for a 26% stake in Fourth Partner Energy for renewable power. A new 170 Cr parabolic springs plant will also be set up in Pithampur, funded by internal accruals, targeting a March 2028 start.
