Alkem Labs' Board approved Q3 & 9M consolidated results. Q3 revenue grew 11% YoY to ₹3,736.8 Cr, with Net Profit at ₹636 Cr. Declared interim dividend of ₹43/share. Also acquiring majority stake in medical device firm Occlutech.
