HUDCO's Bond Allotment Committee approved raising Rs. 1442 crore through perpetual subordinated, listed, unsecured, taxable, rated, non-convertible debentures via private placement. The total issue comprises a base size of Rs. 500 crore and a green shoe option of Rs. 942 crore. These debentures, each with a face value of Rs. 1 crore, will be listed on BSE and carry a coupon rate of 7.87%. The company has a call option after 10 years, subject to RBI approval.
