Alkem's subsidiary will acquire 51-55% of Occlutech, a Swiss cardiovascular device firm, for up to ~€99.4M (~₹982 Cr) cash. This strategic move enters Alkem into the advanced cardiovascular devices market. Occlutech reported ~₹398 Cr turnover in 2024, with a loss of ~₹186 Cr.
