LAKSHMI ENGINEERING AND WAREHOUSING's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter and nine-month period ending December 31, 2025. For the quarter, Total Income was ₹4.21 Cr, with a Profit After Tax of ₹0.58 Cr. Over the nine months, Total Income reached ₹11.36 Cr, with Profit After Tax at ₹1.16 Cr. Quarterly Earnings Per Share was ₹8.74, and nine-month Earnings Per Share was ₹17.35. The Board also re-appointed M/s.Gurubatham & Associates as Internal Auditors and Mr. M.R.L.Narasimha as Secretarial Auditor for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28.
