Syschem (India) Limited has reported an inter-se transfer of shares within its promoter group. Promoters Mechul Jagadishchandra Khokhani, Dinesh Jagdishchandra Khokhani, and Virendra Popatlal Shah will acquire 6.50 lakh shares from fellow promoter Mrs. Ruchika Jain at Rs. 53 per share. This transaction, representing 1.49% of the company's total share capital, is an internal group reshuffling. It results in increased holdings for the acquiring promoters and a reduced stake for Mrs. Jain, effectively consolidating ownership within the existing promoter group.
