Apex Frozen Foods delivered strong financial results for the quarter and half-year. Net Revenue for Q3FY26 grew 15% YoY to ₹264.3 Cr, while 9MFY26 revenue rose 23% YoY to ₹760.8 Cr. Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 1887% YoY to ₹10.1 Cr in Q3FY26 and 1525% YoY to ₹31.1 Cr for 9MFY26. EBITDA for Q3FY26 was ₹17.3 Cr, up 147% YoY. This robust performance was driven by higher shrimp sales to the EU and improved realization from firm global prices. Lower raw material costs also significantly boosted profitability.

The company is strategically diversifying its markets, with non-USA business now making up ~51% of sales. It’s also expanding its Ready-to-Eat (RTE) product line, with an additional 5,000 MT capacity added recently. A key positive development is the reduction of US tariffs on Indian shrimp from 50% to 25% (effective Feb 7, 2026), expected to boost US volumes. EU approval for its second facility is also complete. Management believes new trade deals will positively impact Indian shrimp demand.
