KFC is driving penetration with value offers and aims for 60-80 new stores annually. Pizza Hut is prioritizing differentiated dine-in, taste innovation (e.g., Crafted Flatzz), and competitive value, with cautious expansion.

Notably, the board has approved a merger scheme with Devyani International, pending necessary approvals. The company continues to prioritize operational excellence across its 1028 restaurants.
