Inox Wind Limited — Board Meeting, 13-02-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Inox Wind has announced a board meeting where it approved financial results for the quarter and nine months ended Dec 31, 2025. Consolidated Net Profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹126.65 Cr. The Board also granted 1.83 lakh stock options to eligible employees at a 50% discount.
