Chemcon Speciality Chemicals Limited — PPTs, 13-02-2026: Investor Presentation
Chemcon Speciality Chemicals reported its Q3 & 9M FY26 performance. Nine-month revenue rose to ₹164.6 Cr, up from ₹152.5 Cr last year. However, profit softened with 9M EBITDA at ₹21.3 Cr (down from ₹26.9 Cr) and PAT at ₹17.2 Cr (down from ₹20.5 Cr).
**Business Performance:** Organic chemicals like HMDS and CMIC faced demand weakness and pricing pressure, partly due to Chinese dumping. Inorganic chemicals saw lower volumes from reduced oil drilling. Positively, 2 Bromo and Bromobenzene demand picked up. Exports made up 62% of 9M revenue, with organic chemicals contributing 75% of business revenue.
**Strategy & Outlook:** Chemcon recently acquired Shivam Petrochem for ₹36 Cr, which is expected to boost revenues soon by expanding its product portfolio and driving efficiencies. The company plans new P10 & P11 units for organic chemicals, aiming for capacity expansion, import substitution, and new product applications. Management is optimistic about steady growth ahead, banking on improving demand and trade agreements.
