RHI Magnesita India's board has approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue for the quarter was Rs 1092.01 Cr, with a net profit of Rs 61.56 Cr (EPS Rs 2.99). The merger of RHI Magnesita Seven Refractories with RHI Magnesita India Refractories is now effective.
