Optiemus Infracom (OEL) showed mixed Q3 FY26 results. Standalone revenue surged 39.7% YoY to ₹202.95 Cr, with PAT up slightly to ₹5.07 Cr. However, consolidated revenue dipped 8.8% YoY to ₹430.01 Cr, and consolidated PAT fell to ₹12.23 Cr.
OEL is actively diversifying, securing 7 major partnerships across fintech hardware (PhonePe Soundbox, Mosambee POS devices), telecom networking (Accton Access Points), and IoT devices. The company also inaugurated India's first cover-glass finishing facility, aiming to enhance domestic manufacturing.
Key partnerships are set to go live, including IoT module manufacturing and IoT device production for a leading mobility brand, both commencing April 2026. The new cover-glass facility will also start trial production from April. OEL also showcased its RhinoTech screen protectors at CES 2026.
Standalone diluted EPS remained stable at ₹0.57. Consolidated diluted EPS decreased from ₹1.75 to ₹1.36. Management emphasizes a strong balance sheet and disciplined cost management for sustainable earnings, supporting reinvestment in capacity and innovation, aligning with the "Make in India" initiative.
