Shantai Industries Ltd — Important, 01-01-1970: Company Update

Five acquirers, led by Radhe Dhokla Private Limited, are making an Open Offer to public shareholders of Shantai Industries Limited. This follows their agreement to acquire 74.40% of the company's voting share capital (55.80 lakh shares) from existing sellers for ₹ 6.42 Cr at ₹ 11.50 per share. The Open Offer is for up to 19.20 lakh equity shares, representing 25.60% of voting share capital, at ₹ 21 per share, totaling ₹ 4.03 Cr. The acquirers will gain control and the sellers will exit.
