GNFC's Q3 FY26 saw stable fertilizer demand and increased chemical volumes, though pricing faced pressure. Management highlighted Rs. 2,800 Cr CAPEX projects nearing completion, with CCPP expected by March/April for a Rs. 82 Cr net inflow. A new Rs. 480-500 Cr coal-fired boiler is planned for reliability and efficiency. TDI prices are improving globally, with anti-dumping duties extended. Operational cost savings, targeting Rs. 260-300 Cr via A.T. Kearney, are underway. The company anticipates future volume growth and improved profitability from these initiatives.
