    VGINFOTECH board approved Q3 results. It plans a ~Rs 19.77 Cr preferential warrant issue (12.43 lakh warrants @ Rs 159) to promoters. Authorized capital increased to Rs 30 Cr. Related party transaction limits with group companies were also raised by Rs 5 Cr each.
