Elitecon International Ltd — Important, 14-02-2026: Company Update

Elitecon International announced a search operation by the DGGI at its former registered office on November 25, 2024. The premises were sealed that day due to the Managing Director's absence. The office was later de-sealed on January 29, 2026. Crucially, the company had already shifted its registered office to a new address effective January 02, 2025. Elitecon stated that the financial or operational impact of this past event cannot be currently quantified in monetary terms.
