Gayatri Projects has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter and nine-months ended Dec 2025. The company posted a net profit of ₹2157.08 Cr, mainly due to a significant gain from its one-time debt settlement. The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process was also successfully withdrawn.
