Garnet International Limited has confirmed there is no deviation in the utilization of funds raised via a preferential issue of convertible equity warrants. The total issue size was INR 35.37 Cr. The company has received INR 8.84 Cr, representing 25% of the total amount for 27 Lakh warrants. These funds have been fully utilized as planned, with INR 7.89 Cr allocated to Strategic Investments, INR 0.65 Cr to Investment in Subsidiary, and INR 0.30 Cr for General Corporate Purpose. The balance 75% will be received upon the conversion of warrants into equity shares by holders.
