    MVK Agro Food's board on February 14 approved Q3 & 9M consolidated results: Q3 profit hit ₹10.19 Cr, 9M profit reached ₹16.04 Cr. They acquired two new wholly-owned subsidiaries and secured ₹413.45 Cr via preferential allotment to expand sugar manufacturing capacity to 4000 MT/day.
