Western Carriers reported Q3FY26 revenue growth of 7.9% YoY to ₹478 Cr, and 9M FY26 revenue reached ₹1,334 Cr (+2.8% YoY). However, Q3FY26 profit after tax (PAT) saw a 17.9% decline to ₹11 Cr, with 9M FY26 PAT dropping 40.2% to ₹31 Cr. Volume (TEU) grew 6.8% for 9M FY26 to 168,824, primarily driven by the domestic segment. Metals and FMCG remain key revenue contributors.

The company aims to simplify complex supply chains and deliver customized, integrated multimodal logistics solutions through an asset-light model. Key strategies include deepening customer relationships, expanding into new sectors and geographies, and improving margins via high-value services.

The company is continually upgrading its technology with initiatives like a Delivery as a Service (DaaS) model, new software, and container innovation to optimize costs and enhance service.

The debt-to-equity ratio remains low at 0.2x for H1FY26.

Management's priorities include strengthening technological capabilities for data-driven logistics, focusing on project logistics, and cross-selling services to maximize network utilization.
