Amber Enterprises, via its subsidiary IL JIN Electronics, has gained full control of Stelltek Technologies by securing majority board representation. IL JIN already holds a 50% stake. Stelltek, which designs and manufactures wearables and smart electronics, now becomes a step-down subsidiary of Amber. This move aims to strengthen governance, streamline decision-making, and improve operational efficiency within the smart electronics segment. Stelltek has an authorized capital of Rs 3 Cr and paid-up capital of Rs 0.1 Cr, with zero revenue reported recently. This integration supports sustained group growth.
