Vijay Solvex Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board, following a review by the Audit Committee, approved these unaudited standalone and consolidated results. For the quarter, revenue from operations stood at Rs. 605.06 Cr, an increase from Rs. 544.19 Cr in the prior year's comparable quarter. However, Net Profit after Tax for the quarter was Rs. 5.37 Cr, down from Rs. 7.47 Cr. For the nine months, revenue was Rs. 1680.79 Cr and Net Profit after Tax was Rs. 12.52 Cr. Earnings Per Share for the quarter was Rs. 16.78.
