Iykot Hitech Toolroom Ltd. has secured listing approval from BSE Limited for 1,94,323 Equity Shares. These shares, with a face value of Rs. 5/- each, originated from a Rights issue and have been converted from partly paid-up (Rs. 1.25/-) to fully paid-up (Rs. 5/-). This approval allows these specific shares to be traded on the exchange. However, actual trading will begin only after the company provides confirmation to BSE that the shares have been successfully credited to investor beneficiary accounts within the depository system.
